Feeling anger toward Subaru in this scenario is ridiculous.
Rem is just learning the harsh reality of trying to compete with a girl who has her beat in every way.

Plotwist:They're both in a relationship with him but since Emilia is the top wife she needs to put Rem in her place every once in a while. So she forcing her to watch while she and Subaru get it on and she's just crying from sexual frustration not jealousy.
