Instead, you could just be a Master from the Fate series and she could be your Servant.

@Anon 1's idea is better. If you're a fate series master you only have her until she loses or you win the war; ie temporary. If you are a devil and make her your servant via an evil piece, she's yours pretty much for most of eternity.
