There are fully nude female actors and softcore porn scenes in numerous movies, some of which are not even rated 16+. I see no reason anime should be handled differently. I had enough of the japanese overcensorship.
Okay, making a show that has nothing else, now that's... softcore porn basically. But considering how bad animation is in most hentai anime, I welcome such shows as while not showing anything concrete, at least their level of animation is much higher.
