the eva is not the right size, you can clearly see that if u image the size of the entryplug compared to the size of asuka, the eva in this pic is rougly 20~30m tall, the appropriate size of an eva surpasses 70m!

Yet Evangelion's are constantly changing size, so there is no 'right size'.

A good example of this is on Episode 8 with the U.N. pacific fleet and Unit 02.
