A room of mirrors may possibly be good against Neopolitan, but Emerald directly alter your perception of reality, so her semblance would work really well in a room where one of your sense is already getting fucked with.

Actually, it would work even worse against Neo: her illusions are solid things that everyone looking at sees, no matter the direction.
