I think the issue with the head is the sort of pose/angle 23 was trying to pull off. I can see that it was suppose to be a sort of top down view of the head, but then when with a front angle of the face, which throws the size of the head off for sure.

If 23 adjusted the position/ angle of the nose, it might be able to fix the feeling of the head being too small.

Her head seems to be back to how it was in the latest picture.

Not everything from an artist will be gold. Sometimes even the greats screw up a little bit.

Artists change with time.
