Technically she's Sophia The Goddess from FFVI, though both reference Gnosticism, with the Warring Triad she is a part of containing references to other related religious sects, specifically Zurvanism and the Sephirot.

Sophia's specific abilities which contain further references include thralls known as "Demiurges", and most blatantly a knock-back called "Gnosis".
