So impossible I've met people like that not 9 feet tall but truly had hips and thighs like that and still had a belly and tits like hers

To be fair, most people in One Piece would look down right WRONG in real life.
It's probably not a good idea to think about it too much, or to apply realistic body aesthetics standards to these characters.
Frankly, it's pretty much guaranteed not to be an enjoyable experience.
