Well, that's the way perspective works from a simulated 3D wiew in a 2D world. Basically, her feet are turned inwards, and she's flexing her calf muscles in strain of maintaining that position. This causes a sort of shelf effect, and this is how it looks in two-dimensionally-simulated 3D. Not fucked up as far as the drawing goes, just fucked up dimensionally.
