I would have to agree with Anon 5 though...looks like naked snake to me...MGS3 camouflage, MGS3 type environment....but Meryl would be out of place though. It doesn't look like the snake pliskin outfit 2, so I think the artist just Drew Solid snake to Naked snake.

Anon 9 you are silly.
That's Naked Snake, AKA Big Boss before his eye got shot out.
Solid never had the Splitter facepaint, only Naked Snake did.
You can also look at the suspenders, Solid never had those, not even when playing Pliskin.
Also the beard, Solid can't grow a beard to save his life.
