Hmm... I checked the pixiv page and no mention of gender was revealed. In other words, I didn't see anything saying this was a trap or boy. I didn't see anything ponting to genderswap either.

I'm changing tags. Danbooru, the "source" (well, technically the source is a pixiv artist, I just mean where this particular image came from), has fixed the tags as 1girl and reverse_trap. That doesn't seem too farfetched (no pun related to pokemon intended).
