anyway: if asuma is (supposedly) a jounin, why the fuck is a goddamn leg wound messing him up so bad? for gods sake, shouldn't he have ignored it or just gritted (sp?) his teeth and kept going? shit- his dad (i think sarutobi's his dad, right?) got goddamn stabbed through the god-damned chest with a god-damned poison blade an still manged to pull off what is considered in naruto canon to be a very long, complicated jutsu requiring a massive amount of concentration (the shinigami summoning jutsu against orochimaru)
