I don't get what's she's doing. Masturbating, obviously, but more than that, she's basically complaining about how the guy she's masturbating in front of (possibly her younger brother? or else a younger guy she's in a brother-sister-like relationship with) is always so clingy and gets lonely. So does deskrubbing in front of him somehow make him less lonely? I don't get it.
