It's subjective for us both but I can see several other images on the first page of futa that I'd call real top notch with scores to back me up.

Well they said "As far as Futa goes", which makes me believe they don't really like the fetish and can't be a judge of it as a result. To each their own, I could say "As far as loli goes" but I wouldn't know what's really top notch about that just like I wouldn't know what's top notch in futanari.
