One fun addition to this would be a butt plug inside her as well, but only the tip. If she relaxes and lets the plug in, she gets a little more slack in the cords around her.

But there is no guarantee that the person cranking the handle will stop after the butt plug is all the way in.

@anon#2174925 that’s not how heels work... by wearing heels you still have support that stabilizes you and helps you keep the position comfortably (sort of) with out heels you are constantly straining your muscles intentionally and in this case likely for extended periods of time which would make it even more painful after time which make this choice all the more interesting really as it shortens the time she would be able to endure the position

@anon#2265171 I think you're right, however I wrote my comment in a sarcastic way, of course she will tremble with a dildo inside her, vibrators on her nipples and the pain of the horse.

Also, I would love to see how she fares when she lowers her heels to relieve a bit of pressure
