Third? I wouldn't say so. Since the XY doujins started:

First one was May, Dawn, Misty introducing Serena to sex and having a lesbian orgy

Second one was all the girls having sex with Ash. Serena lost her virginity to Ash, but most of the focus was actually on May.

Third one mostly focused on Shauna, even though he fucked Dawn/Serena and May/Misty.

Fourth one was focused entirely on Iris but some group sex at the end.

This one is a mostly Serena doujin, and if you can tell, this is the only one fully Serena centered.
