If it's not human, it's furry. It's a blanket term for anthropomorphic beings, whether they're based on animals or not, with or without fur. A sexy crocodile girl is a furry. If you want to split hairs, go to a furry booru.
I like Gardevoir, but I also like being able to separate the actual human girls in Pokemon without having to sift through the creatures when I want to.

If it doesn't have fur then it shouldn't be tagged with "furry", but if it's still a Pokémon then it should be tagged with "pokemon_(creature)". Pokémon such as Gardevoir, Kirlia, Tsareena etc. all fit this description.
If you want to make sure there are humans in your search, then use "-no_humans". If you don't want any Pokémon showing up at all, then use "-pokemon_(creature)".
(of course nothing will work 100% of the time because tagging isn't perfect but whatever)
