I rather approve, really. Grievous is awesome, and this is actually a pretty well-done genderswap.

Grievous is more or less Darth Vader Beta. He coughs in the movies because he was damaged in the Clone Wars (probably to be talked/shown in the series.)

He was all of the above. He was a sampling of the Vader suit, shown with living tissue and a metal body. As well he was there as the head of the Droid Army. The Supreme Chancellor made it clear the war and his emergency powers would not end until Grievous was dead. Dooku was the pawn for Ani, while Grievous was the pawn for Obi. Both put in their places to allow Obi to be away and hopefully killed by Order 66 light years away from any help, and Anakin to be pushed to a violent rage, while not having his mentor there to pull him from the brink. The Emperor was a genius mastermind and only failed because of his lack of understanding of love and family.
