That's a matter of opinion or preference. What's a fact and not an opinion is that in the game there is no visible bulge so I say it's perfectly fine. Also I think transgendered people identify themselves as their current sex or gender so having a giant trouser snake poke out probably goes against the character anyway even if she were to tuck.

Actually Anon#2...Poison is a shemale/trap/ladyboy/transwoman.

The NA version says she had her package surgically removed, but she in indeed one of, if not the hottest traps to ever exist.
