A lot of confusion here. Let me straighten this out - Shion is the one who killed nearly everyone from the main cast in Watanagashi-hen. Except for Rena.

Mion, though afflicted with the Hinamizawa disease on numerous occasions has not killed a SINGLE person. Ever. In ANY of the arcs. Including manga.

If you read the linked article it says, according to TIPS, Mion has killed in at least one of the worlds NOT shown.

Mion has probably killed off-screen. Either way Shion is not crazy under normal circumstances, maybe a little overprotective and occasionally violent (remember her beating Satoko? And wanting to murder her uncle in another arc?), but not crazy
