That shotgun is no joke, it's made from the recycled barrel of a ZU-23's barrel, an anti-aircraft gun. It is currently the largest caliber shotgun currently in service, firing massive 23×75mmR rounds. When using slug rounds it is pretty much an anti-materiel cannon.

Just for the record, 23x75mmR would be 6.27 gauge by western shotgun standards.
