The rifle on the right is a VSS Vintorez. The left is probably just a suppressed AK-74 or something newer like the AK-107.

@Anon2 many soldiers, no matter what gender, would relieve themselves on the battlefield. Stress is not qn easy thing to overcome, but this was one way to do it.
