^Broly is not canon. Her design is an obvious homage to him, but an homage doesn't make Broly canon. Your only hope of that would be if Goku sees her transform and says, on screen, "hey, she looks like that Broly guy we fought a long time ago." That would be an actual reference to imply at least one of his movies happened.

Thanks. I sort of figured that myself, but I wanted to get a feel for the general outlook. Frankly, despite agreeing with you, I think it's pretty cheap to pay homage to his character and design instead of out right including him... when doing multi-verse arcs leaves it a perfectly viable option. But, meh. Better than nothing, right? Thanks again.
