Well, undead were human at one time.
Gods in many mythologies had very human behaviors at times as well.
Half-Dragons...could be anything in the other half, god or man.
Dragons themselves? Well, they were felled by the gods in the Dark Souls world and Seath the Scaleless kinda went insane, which means at least to some extent they were capable of thinking like people. So sin may not be out of the question for them.

The world itself...now that's a weird thing to say can commit sin. That would be imply the world was sentient.
