She also clearly has a sad look on her face & this picture was drawn by an artist who frequently draws rape. Stop using mental gymnastics to remove the rape tag every time someone finally bothers to put it on a picture it clearly belongs on.

If your best basis for it not being rape is "This character wouldn't rape & he's my favorite.", you need to shut up & let the people with working brains make the decisions.
