It's a season connection between 2 cat-girls. In Ep12 of RWBY, blake puts away a black/red flag, and pulls out a blue/white flag. But this symbol in this picture is from Kemono Friends(You can see the cheetah girl's silhouette behind Blake). Cheetah girl must have switched the flags.
