Actually she has not. And besides, Vader has learned his lessons, when the opponent has higher ground, he switches to saber throws, as he showed against luke in their deathstar rematch.
Would still be an awesome crossover to behold, though

I recall the acidic blood being highly pressurized so that may overcome the cauterized wound....if it doesn't shoot out faster than the saber can cauterize anyways.
That aside....Ripley beat the Xenomorphs through a combination of wit and experience. She barely survived the first one, and used the knowledge from that to survive the next run in.
Vader's standard method of attack post-suit seems to be juggernaut through with heavy strokes and force choking. But, as we've seen, the queen has multiple methods of attacking and Vader likely will be unable to evade all of them.
Lastly, we've seen the xenomorphs are smart enough to wound themselves to use their acidic blood as a weapon or tool....so yea....unless he can force hold every one of them coming at him at the same time, he isn't going to survive.
His best strategy is also one he hates to use, even pre-suit. He's always been a rush headlong into combat fighter vs the more reserved and strategic Obi-Wan. Having to hold back, observe, and formulate tactics that do not involve intimidation and swift action are his weakness.
