^ There's something similar in HG and SS: there is a lake on Mt. Moon that, on certain nights of the week, reflects the full moon. On these nights, Clefairy can be seen dancing/doing-whatever-Clefairy-do. The event ends with the Clefairy leaving behind an item, though I don't remember what it was.
