So it's a reference to all the girls, with suu in the cauldron, horseshoe on the spellbook for Cento, lala's scythe, arachnee in the background. Papi's feathers are in the hat, along with the pumpkin that represents our tragedy fanatic mermaid.

So in Meroune's little mermaid fantasy, Miia is essentially the villain? Or the closest thing there is to a villain in that story.
