Exactly. There are a lot of nerve endings in that area for both men and women. But instead of stimulation from static electricity, i.e. friction from any standard source like hands/fingers, you're stimulating the nerves directly with electricity in its purest form. But care needs to be taken. Direct current (DC) will cause your muscles to contract and they won't let up, you are incapable of moving. Alternating current (AC) is what you need to use, because you have some level of control.
I have seen electrostimulation before and the girl using it loved it.
