After the Facehugger has successfully attached itself to its host it will then produce an egg that travels down the host's throat and into it's stomach. From there the egg will hatch and mature, moving through the host's intestines as it grows.
During the Host's 'Pregnancy' they will be unable to release any excrement.
Luckily, the Larvae sustains itself by consuming any waste matter produced by the Host's digestive system.
Once the Larvae has reached maturity it will leave the host via the anus.
Contrary to popular belief there is no pain or discomfort during the process and most hosts find it plesurable. describing it as...
"Taking a big shit after being constipated, or when a guy pulls out during anal."
Newly hatched Larvae look very different from their final forms.
Using 'Cilia'; tiny brush like structures along their body, they propel themselves while also taking in their Host's DNA.
It's adviced that Host's capable of Lactation should breastfeed their Larvae. This allows the Larvae to further imprint upon their new 'mothers' and has shown to increase the 'child's' obedience.
As is typical for most pregnancies or parasitic infestations, the host will experience an increased appetite.
Giving the facehugger's resilient and adaptive nature it is also possible for them to impregnate a Host's womb.
Using it's tail to penetrate the Host's anus, it anchors itself to the host and proceeds to inpregnate them.
[Though it should be noted this process is a 24 hour ordeal in which the host will be subjected to intense pleasure.]

Well that was (thankfully) surprisingly tame given that we're dealing with facehuggers...
