@2121666 actually shark tastes pretty good, and there's nothing wrong with humans being in the water, that said though yes people need to use common sense when doing so, and we do have a tendency to go overboard and destroy ecosystems. Anyway, its quite possible the shark got washed ashore or stranded after a high tide and whoever took this picture was like, well why don't i take a quick picture before releasing it into the sea? I mean, it looks like hes a bit inland, and its not going to suffocate in the time it takes to flip a phone out to take a shot and put it in the water. I highly doubt this gut just walked up and plucked it out of the ocean, since like a said a bit inland on the beach, and fish are really really hard to catch by hand.
