I'd really love a manga or something focused on 100yr's ago Link and his relationship with Zelda and the champions.

I'm most curious how Link became such good friends with the Zora cause it seemed like he hanged out with them all the time.

I think my only real problem with BOTW (besides durability) is that the story with Zelda and the Champions feels infinitely more interesting than the story we got. I want to play the game that takes place 100 years prior to the game we got..

@KhightMare There is the story DLC Nintendo confirmed for winter this year, that might be the story you want.

According to dialogue in the game, links father was a knight, and as a child he was trained for knighthood himself. The Zora, being long lived in this game (Mipha already being about 50-60 around the time of the calamity) already had a presence in the Hyrule castle, Mipha being the Healer there.

To Answer your question anon#2120443 Mipha's relationship with WildLink was originally that of a Sister/caretaker position, healing him as he got hurt from his knightly training, eventually blossoming into something more, or more specifically, hinted at strongly.
