actually i think it's a famous painting, Porco Rosso was on the Mediterranean, and so was the Restaurant that Gina sang in. and he stays in Milan at "Piccolo" place (can't remember the full name XD) when his plane is being repaired.

I think that's the Cinque Terre on Mediteraneum, Italy, near Genova. But, honestly, it could be in a lost island, I wouldn't bother being served by her.
