So your subjective observation on the matter is that you are unsure if this is either photoshopped or not? This is a binary matter, bub - 2 bad u kinda seemed to not know that.
For the record, though her face is airbrushed, the rest of the photo makes up for it - lighting this perfect is very rare, even at a low resolution you can see the very soft and delicate features of her skin.

this stuff is far far easier to do in real life than in post processing so I doubt it's shopped much apart from very light orton glow on the face and some burn on the left (her right) shoulder and upper arm (they should have used a secondary strobe IRL) the rest is just using an off camera strobe placed low, right and very close so it doesn't light any background... google "strobist" to see how photographers do IRL what lamers and griefers call "shopping"
