So basically what happened in this episode was Nagi (whose eyes we are viewing the scene through) decided not to come out of the closet because of something Jin (the guy) did. After constant futile attempts at making her come out, Zange (the girl getting fucked) pretended to make out/have sex with Jin to make Nagi pissed off/jealous. In the anime they didn't actually have sex and Nagi didn't come out of hiding but this is just a reference to that scene.
