i didn't put in the artist name because it doesn't seem to have any of their works on this site and by simply searching 'argento' doesn't look to be the same artist so i didn't know what to tag it as

Well for 1 argento isn't a "japanese artist"(?), so people probably avoid posting his work here....though western furry art on here is nothing new.
