rugi from chinese anime dragon lancer.
the main villian is her "papa"
she has magnets in her twin tails and can draw the rubble from her papa destoryed robot animals into a ball with them to bring it back to him by using her teleportation bag she uses to warp back to her papa secret base.
my favorite character/waifu from the show.
there is no fan art from this show or of rugi on the imagebaords besides this pic at this time....
