While this anime DOES have explicit scenes (porn), this specific image is simply nude art in this scene (much like you'd see in an art museum) and is NOT porn, thus does not deserve the "explicit" rating. I've reduced the rating to "questionable". Normally I'd say "safe" rating for nude art (art museums don't have content ratings, or warnings of any kind, and I've been to the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC, so I know what I'm talking about). However I say "questionable" for this image because it's from a show that has very much X-rated material (and in fact the scene in question does turn into an X-rated scene quite quickly).

I just up repped it (I hate to have to do that to my own comment, cause it's like cheatting) to get it back to zero, but there is NO WAY it should ever have been down repped!
