Anon #2, the water is animated to look more like water, and the effect is miraculous. It just takes for-fucking-ever to load all the way.

I did. It's a jpg too. It's not an incorrect file extension, the file is literally a jpg, you cannot animate a jpg else it would be a gif. Am I missing something here?
