"is this even possible?" it is, it is called Letdown (-: or auto-streaming. its a reflex caused by stimulation, the body then thinks it needs to get the milk flowing.

While it's rare, there are some women that can produce milk even when they have never been pregnant in their life. I haven't looked too deeply into why or how this happens beyond meeting someone that has this happen to them.
