Well, this isn't Orochimaru. I asked the person who actually edited this image. It came from a Japanese website, and the site closed down. It's not from a manga either, which everyone thinks it is. It's just an image in a manga form, though it's not from any sort of Manga at all. I don't even think it's from a series either.

the girl and the guy are from different manga.
the person just probably put them together.

you can see the blood is fake and it's blurry and how they crop it. :)
