I have asked myself how this works. So if one wants it and the other doesn't is it rape? If you marry one are you married to both? Is that polygomy? If the two marry different people is that polyomy!? Can one girl masturbating count as rape for the other!?

there's also the question of if they identify as two people with one body, or one person with two heads. it may seem obvious in a case like this where there are definitely two bodies joined together; but in a case more like #3076759 (best I example I could find on here), where much more of the body and possibly nerves and muscle control are shared, who's to say that their consciousness isn't close enough to being shared for them to identify as one person?
as for relationship/rape questions, there can't be a universal answer - it would definitely have to be up to how each group of people involved (the twins and their significant others) negotiate that out.
