This isn't too difficult logistically because it's a bus. It's their bus and everybody in it is involved. All they need to do to is make sure the driving is on point and never get pulled over, and that the windows are tinted so as to avoid public indecency tickets as well.

The train ones are much harder. If you pay attention almost never is it an actual train in operation. Most likely a replica set or a decommissioned car.
