Anon5 (and 6), if someone goes all the way into making a Realdoll similar to Lei Fang... why in hell would this someone not make her as busty as the (un)real deal?

That and, no Realdoll (yet) could mantain that position, on a bed nonetheless. If there was one that could, it would be a step further towards the creation of Chobits style Pasocon, and we're sadly long far from that still.
