It's not a SIG at all. By the look of the stock, it's a Bushmaster ACR.

The Magwell is from a G36.
The Upper and lower Reciever are from a SCAR L or H.
The Handguard is from a SG552.
And the Stock is from the Bushmaster(Magpul) ACR (Masada)

It's a SIG 552, if its a ACR, than the charging handle will be a line.
