Bell theory arguers, looking at details on the shadow, which are a seam on the punching bag... How you notice the shadow before noticing the squishing of the punching bag on all the areas she is pushed up against it is beyond me.

Look at the fastenings at the top. That's a loop of fabric or leather stitched to something, not a weld.
Also look at how the ropes compress it. I would have said bell, as well, but upon seeing those details, it has to be a punching bag, and the 'reflection' from a polished floor only a shadow, with the double-line an artifact or a mistake in execution.
