Caulifla's age is never given. Remember Saiyan's retain their youth for decades after hitting a certain age. Aside from the art becoming more defined, even Goku doesn't look older than he did as a late teen. If we go by Caulifla's brother Renso, who looks more aged even for a Saiyan, it's not a stretch to say Caulifla is older than she looks too, which could still be early 20s.
Also yeah Caulifla and Goku are a great match. Even in their fight, they showed a ton of chemistry. They're very similar and "get" each other. She'd definitely support Goku's desire to train and get stronger, and even join in on him in that endeavor. It's possible she might be shown having a "Saiyan crush" on him in later episodes, kinda for humor/fanservice. I wouldn't doubt this as it's not the first time a girl has crushed on Goku. Not at all. However, despite how unhealthy of a relationship Goku and Chi-Chi have (though I understand it's depicted as such for comedy), Goku would never leave Chi-Chi for someone else. He's loyal. She'd leave him first, after getting tired of his shit, if anything lol.
If she did and Caulifla was his new love interest, it wouldn't bother me in the slightest ;) But I doubt it.

They should use the earth dragon balls to make Chi-Chi be ok with Goku having another wife and with the possibility of having future children with Caulifla. As for the second wish would be for her to teach the children how to fight.
That way she wins by having more children to raise while Goku and Caulifla train.

Oh yes she would be a better wife than Chi-Chi, but aside from the reasons mentioned above, Goku can also finally perform hardcore all-out sex without turning someone into a red gooey mush, so yes, Caulifla ftw
