To be fair, people receive death threats for just about anything in this toxic, modern-day society.

I do agree that hate should be directed at the fictional character herself instead of the creators/ voice actresses. What I don't understand is why incorporating an "unlikable" character in a series is seen as a unanimously "bad" thing. Isn't it a neutral artistic choice? I mean, not every character is meant to be likable; hate-able characters make for great villains for example... :o

Not having seen the show I can only judge based on the summarys but it seems to me that she has learned now. Everything after that is just lingering hate from rather fanatical fans of the other girl.
As for me, I go with Ichigo cause she is definitly the cuter one here. Stay strong girl, some of us love you too.
