Lets see--we have Team Rocket. Which would be like screwing with Yakuza members. Which while it may be good for a while--I would be scared of ticking them off.
Team Magma is a bunch of weird Volcano Cultists. Which, in PA, really were not that bad. A few of them had redeeming qualities to them.
Then we have Team Galactic. I really have no description apt for describing how much I "do not want" Team Galactic. To imply being a member would imply being very emotionally and psychologically screwed up. Add to that we have a leader who would back stab you as soon as the goal was gained.
Going to go for Sapphire in the Team Magma outfit here.
But if you want to go for who LOOKS the nice, being all superficial, I would say Team Rocket, for the inherent BDSM qualities that wearing such a suit would have. Though, the Team Galactic, on superficial values alone would only result in me giving her an iPod and a few glow sticks and merely watching her rave.

Whoa, I don't even know who to choose...
Misty\Kasumi was always one of my favorite characters in the anime, but in the game she isn't that great...Though I'm only one gym away from her in my HeartGold, so this won't be a problem for long. Now, back to the picture - Team Rocket were, are and always will be my favorite villainous team, because the are the only team that IS villainous - money, power and lulz are indeed great reasons to kill, steal, blackmail and so on. Also their leader is a walking embodiment of charisma and awesomeness. And the problem of "screwing with Yakuza: is easily solved by becoming one of them (which also means BANGING FEMALE GRUNTS ALL DAY LONG YEAAAAH~!).
Next, May\Haruka. My first Pokemon game was Emerald, so it's obvious that she is my favorite game character. All that would be perfect, but...Team Magma. Well, I can imagine that Aquas gather in the team only because their leader buys them free beer and organizes awesome orgies, I mean, just LOOK at them - I don't believe that anyone of their grunts is still a virgin. Also Archie\Aogiri does look like a person that could gather a lot of jailbait, give them some retarded pokemon and watch them fight with protagonist just for lulz, but...It's Team Aqua. And we're talking about Team Magma who look like they are doing serious business and so does their leader. But if we forget about the team in general and get back to the outfits of their grunts...Well, I just used Harden.
And now, Dawn\Hikari and Team Galactic. "Do not want" goes in every field including the address box. First, I don't like Hikari. She is just so...simple and forgettable, that for the first time in my life I chose a male protagonist in Platinum instead of female. Second, Team Galactic. Their kindergarten-level objectives, their clown-like outfits, their idiotic hairstyles, their emo leader...The only thing awesome about them was music themes of battles against grunts and Cyrus, though Aqua\Magma grunts theme is still better. Also, no fanservice in their outfits. So the only reason I would choose Dawn would be...none.
So in the end...I still don't know.

I personally prefer Team Aqua/Magma because they actually succeed in their ultimate plans even with your meddling and interference. Granted, their decisions are pretty weak but they only steal one pokemon for plot convenience. The rest are not about stealing and try to awaken the legendaries and control them.
I like the looks of the Magma the most out of all of them, then the Plasma Triads which pull off a Ninja look but they're introduced toward the end and apparently have no pokemon. I also pick May out of the three though Dawn is someone you shouldn't pass up. Misty, I don't really care much for her nor do I find her all that attractive. You guys can fight over her.

Team Magma/Aqua = Khan/Pirates
Team Galactic = Space Age/Sci-Fi Explorers
Team Plasma = Cult/Politicians/Nazis
I personally prefer Team Aqua/Magma because they actually succeed in their ultimate plans even with your meddling and interference.
